$500 millon housing development

This should help make housing more affordable (by increasing supply). A developer wants to build a housing development to accomodate 15 000 people, along with a private hospital, shopping mall, supermarket, golf course, retirement village, primary school and secondary school. If housing costs are to be kept down, we need more of these developmants. Just hope it gets past the Resource Management Act.
